We will be holding several clinics and practice sessions this fall prior to the series starting.

August 27th, 6:30pm- REI Tempe Location: In-store clinic on Cross technique and equipment.

August 30th, 7am- Freestone Park, Gilbert- Open Cross Practice Session.

September 9th, 6:30pm- REI Paradise Valley location- In-store clinic

Sereno Park is located off of 56th Street between Cactus & Thunderbird

10/1/07- North-Central Phoenix Practice Nights: Thursday 6:30pm @ Serrano Park, 56th and Sweetwater
Tempe Practice Nights: Thursday 5:30pm @ Kiwanis Park
These are just practice sessions, ride with caution as the parks are open to the general public as well.

9/23/07 - Thank you to everyone who came out to the clinic this Saturday, and special thanks to Scott Keller and Josh Powers. for those interested in more of a practice type session, we will be holding those in the N.Phoenix area and Tempe area, weekly. More information on days and times will be available soon.
9/15/2007- Here is the rough Agenda for next weekend's FREE CLINIC:
-Basic dismounts and remounts with a focus on eliminating excess movements to save steps, time, and momentum.
-Single double and triple barrier technique. Timing strides and when to suitcase or portage (shoulder) the bike.
-Dismount into a Portage situation.
-Handling.
-Equipment for different conditions.
-Training

8/30/07- FREE Intro to Cyclocross CLINIC: 8am, Sat Sept 22nd, all categories and ages, Gilbert Freestone Park. FREE. This is the same park as the 1st race and the State Championship Race. Also Check out the sponsors page. Its updated.
8/24/07- Mark your Calendars, we set a date for the FREE CLINIC. it will be held on Saturday, SEPT 22nd. The folks running it have Professional, International Racing experience and it should be very informative and a good time. The festivities will get underway at 8am. Check back later this week for the place.
8/18/2007- We will now begin taking your money. Registration is live, link to it from the flyers. Remember WOMEN RACE FREE for the first race, but you still need to register.

8/14/2007 - We have added liniks to the site, check 'em out under the cyclocross button. Also, we will be posting information about the FREE Clinic we will be putting on soon. This will be a mid-Sept to early-Oct 1-day clinic to orientate newbies to the sport and also provide some practice time for those who have dared to clear a barrier before.
